Ryan Samson

Ryan Samson is a proud new addition to the Motz Real Estate team. He has over 12 years experience in sales and retail, but his interest in real estate and home improvement got him out of the office and into the field. His dedication to the job and passion for meeting customers’ unique needs is what sets him apart from the competition.

Ryan continues to make a high-level commitment to his real estate education every day. He focuses on real estate in Milford, Goshen, Loveland, and Anderson Township. Grateful to be apart of an amazing neighborhood, Ryan makes sure that new residents are welcomed in a way that has become customary on the East Side.

 Phil Johnson

Also a Cincinnati native and University of Cincinnati grad, Phil Johnson has a background rich in fine craftsmanship. Besides a long stint at custom cabinet-maker David T. Smith in Morrow, OH and Steve Bolyard Custom Homes in Indian Hill, Phil has completed numerous remodel jobs on his own and with the Motz Real Estate Team over the years.

Today, Phil—also a licensed real estate agent—heads up the property management sector of Motz Real Estate, while keeping the craftsmanship and quality of our construction sector at a level well above most seen in the environment today.

 Our Office

Home of Motz Real Estate, the Adenine Building is a unique, convenient office location Originally built by Barney Kroger in 1935 as a prototype Kroger Store, and refurbished in 2007, this building has been the location of many types of businesses – from butcher shop to laundry to home of Iron Horseman bikers to cabinet shop – before today’s reincarnation. Today, four individual companies share this space, collaboratively – Motz Real Estate Team, Wilker Design & Marketing, COG, and Round Pixel Studio.

Most recently, the building has been up-fitted with a complete solar production facility that effectively takes the space “off the grid.” Come down and visit us!
