Cincinnati native, graduate of St. Xavier High School and University of Cincinnati’s School of Design Industrial Design program.  With a strong German, family-business work ethic, and a sincere interest in real estate, Nick began purchasing, remodeling and managing his own residential and commercial properties in the early 90’s.

Nick has since broadened his real estate umbrella – now a 20-year real estate sales practitioner – licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky.  Today, Motz offers cross-spectrum services for his clients – from sales/leasing to remodel/construction to property development.

The Office
Home of Motz Real Estate, the Adenine Building is a unique, co-working office. Originally built by Barney Kroger in 1935 as a prototype Kroger Store, and refurbished in 2007, this building has been the location of many types of businesses – from butcher shop to laundry to home of Iron Horseman bikers to cabinet shop – before today’s reincarnation. Today, several companies share this space, collaboratively – Motz Real Estate, eXp Realty Columbia Tusculum Branch Office, Wilker Design & Marketing.

Most recently, the building has been up-fitted with a complete solar production facility that effectively takes the space “off the grid.” Come down and visit us!
