Cincinnati native, graduate of St. Xavier High School and University of Cincinnati’s School of Design Industrial Design program. With a strong German, family-business work ethic, and a sincere interest in real estate, Nick began purchasing, remodeling and managing his own residential and commercial properties in the early 90’s.
Nick has since broadened his real estate umbrella – now a 20-year real estate sales practitioner – licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky. Today, Motz offers cross-spectrum services for his clients – from sales/leasing to remodel/construction to property development.

John is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati and a graduate of Anderson High School and Thomas More College. He’s married, has two children who also graduated from Anderson High School. He’s an avid FC Cincinnati fan and is active in the community where he volunteers and coaches. You will probably run into him at any sporting event somewhere across the city!
